Investment Process - Light of Hope Investment Hub

We have kept the investment process simple so the investors do not have to go through difficulties.

Currently, we only have projects that Light of Hope directly operates, that means all campaigns are verified and managed by Light of Hope itself. So investors can confidently invest in any of the campaigns available. Profit amount and terms can be vary from project to project, which will be given in details in the project description. If you have any further queries about the terms and conditions, our investment support team will help you clarify.

In each campaign, there is a TOTAL INVESTMENT TARGET and a MINIMUM AMOUNT to be invested per investor. This amounts can vary from campaign to campaign. The Investor need to select the amount they want to invest. Then the investor will need to complete the Investment Confirmation Process by filling out a form. If the total amount target is achieved or the campaign deadline is completed, the campaign will be automatically closed.

Currently we are receiving payments through Bank Transfer or Cheque. It will be transferred to our designated Bank Account of Light of Hope. If you want to invest in cash, please contact us separately. After payment, you need to share your confirmation receipt with us via email. Your investment will not be confirmed until you complete the payment. After payment we will provide a money receipt and proceed for agreement or Investment Certificate.

After completing payment, for amount below BDT 5,00,000 ( Five Lakh BDT) we will provide a Money Receipt and an Investment Certificate. For amount 5,00,000 or above, we will do a separate agreement on 300 BDT Stamp Paper additional to Investment Certificate.

After completing the investment, the investor will be provided periodic update about the business, at least once in a quarter. The updates will only contain non-confidential information. If you want to know more details, a separate meeting can be arranged only for investors who invest more than 5,00,000 BDT.

After the agreed timeline, the investor will be repaid the profit along with the capital amount within 30 days of the project completion date. If a particular campaign has different terms of repayment, that will be followed as per the agreement.

If there is any dispute arise, it will be resolved by mutual discussion with the investors.
